Terms and Conditions

1. I agree to pay for all completed items ordered through Ignition Drawing.

A complete order is one where production ready files have been provided to you the customer. By placing an order on the Ignition Drawing website I acknowledge and approve Ignition Drawing to complete the work requested, and charge me the agreed to price.

I agree to allow Ignition Drawing to charge my credit card on file for any balance outstanding, and to attempt to collect the amount due on the account until all outstanding dues have been paid. Ignition Drawing normally charges on the 10th and 25th of the month and additionally in the event of a declined card. This is subject to change without notice.

2. I agree that I have the right to use all potentially copyrighted or trademarked designs that I order.

Ignition Drawing claims no right of ownership to any copyright or trademark that Ignition Drawing is asked to produce. Ignition Drawing will not attempt to certify that artwork submitted through the Ignition Drawing website is in violation of any international copyright or trademark laws. It is the sole responsibility of the person(s) placing the order on the Ignition Drawing website to verify that they are authorized to use potentially copyrighted or trademarked materials.

3. Ignition Drawing assumes no liability in the case of production or sale of any potential copyrighted or trademarked designs.

4. Ignition Drawing assumes no responsibility for damaged or destroyed items due to errors, spelling mistakes, or file problems.

It is the customers sole responsibility to test and check all vector and digitizing files provided to them from Ignition Drawing for errors or issues that may damage or ruin products or equipment during the production process or produce unacceptable quality. Ignition Drawing will not reimburse for the cost of damaged or defective items.

5. By updating the details, you agree to all above terms and conditions set out by Ignition Drawing.
