You, the user, are responsible for proofing your orders carefully. For vector orders
we provide both a before/after proof file and a high quality jpeg file for you to
view if you do not have the proper software to view the order in the format you
requested. For digitizing orders we provide a before and after image and, in most
cases, a scanned stitchout. Where a scanned stitchout is not provided we provide
a high quality screen capture from the digitizing program we use. Please make sure
you carefully look over these files before you put your job into production.
